Bubba Kush
Preserved genetics
A generous, tender strain
Bubba Kush is a cannabis seed with multi-awarded parents: Afghan and OG Kush. Compact in structure, the huge leaves of this wonderful marijuana plant have to be removed sometimes to allow the formation of flowers and thus reach its true potential. Flowering fast, it develops beautiful, round, compact buds brimming with resin. It grows happily in a small space indoors and enjoys dry, sunny, temperate and Mediterranean climates and the comfort of a greenhouse outdoors. However, you should bear in mind that it is quite sensitive to moisture.
A thoroughbred Indica
Earthy flavour and maximum relaxation
Bubba Kush is a cannabis hybrid that has an aroma of sweet fruit, oil and exotic wood and an intense flavour with dominant hints of earth, chewing gum, sandal wood and spices. The powerful long-lasting effect is typically Indica, with sedative and soothing properties that will make you rest deeply. For Indica lovers.

Customer reviews for Bubba Kush
- One of my favourite flavours. Thanks Humbolt for helping the beauty of my garden and the quality of smoke!
- It was my first time growing bubba kush and I was simply blown away by the beauty of the bud and in my opinion had the best smell out of the rest of the strains I grew in my tent. Definitely a go getter!
- I got two phenotypes, both sweet berry smells. One had the giant indica leaves the other was more hybrid looking with longer internodes and intermediate sized leaves. The more indica leaning pheno purpled nicely at the end and even continued to purple as it dried and cured. Both had a thick layer of trichomes and finished about 8.5 weeks. Good potency and flavors, but more creamy berries and Afghani aftertastes, no coffee/bubble gum flavors that I was hoping for. The prettier, more purple one yielded double the smaller more hybrid looking pheno but the flavor on the smaller one is superior, more danky with a sweaty armpit funk on the finish. Since the bubba is a clone only I must have gotten phenos that represent the father more in this cross. I’m seeing a nice range, keeper for sure. Neither was a buster, both very nice.
- First time growing so I'll try to be thorough. I will start by mentioning that I know my setup was far from ideal. I have 4 plants in a 5x10 tent. 2x1000w with real canopy of 3x7ish. The plants are in 15gal organic soil blend. I have both intake and exhaust fans of 745 cfm. No co2 enrichment. General organics and other homemade nutes. I vegged all seeds 24 days from germination and then flowered them. The other strains I have are cannadential, gg#4, and lemon garlic og(HSO). The LGOG and Bubba are noticeably superior genetically. The resin production on both HSO strains are vigorous starting by late week3-4 and continuously producing. While the LGOG smells fantastic and are beautiful marshmallow-like face melters, this Bubba is seriously a genetic staple I will keep. The structure of the buds and the strength and hardiness of this plant are something a learning grower like myself needs. It is forgiving and rewarding all at the same time. The colors of purple are bleeding through on the top-most colas at the beginning of week 8. The flowers seem to go through several "plumping" phases. This final one is what seems to be calyx stacking? I may be wrong, it's not foxtailing but it's growing what look like leprechaun thumbs all over it lol. It has been a pleasure growing this strain and I will be again without a doubt. Im looking for other Bubba crosses to add to my lineup!! Huge ups to the hard work that the people at HSO have put in making these beautiful strains available. Thank you and I look forward to choosing HSO again in the future! P.s. I chose regular seeds for all in hopes I get good male phenos that I can use in my own personal breedings. Thanks to all the people who didn't buy the male seeds I got
- Bubba Kush is a must have in the garden, we pulled 2.2 lbs per plant in 50 gallon pots outdoors last year, shes very High in THC and producers some nice sticky solid buds...I'll be running you again Bubba
- Good genetics just takes time for germination to take actaul process
- I grew this very nice. I disagree I like regular seeds. This is for sure bubba kush finished super early. Like amber trichs at week 7 late. Smelled of coffee earthy hashy and alittle floral sweet. Fat colas went with a multi topped bush. Lowers were good too. I already grew master kush and one of my all time faves. Plants are very similar with broad leaf earthy smells but bubba has sweeter flavor and finishes way faster. Very nice genetics. Kudos again hso
- “A sweet tasty strain for those who don't like too sacrifice potency for flavour this is you all over. It's sweet but retains that Kush element which gives a strong taste with strong effects. A good evening smoke if suffering from insomnia etc.”
- Not really into regular seeds... Fem are the way to go. Pay the xtra cash.
