CANAPA MUNDI (Rome, February 21-23)
With more than 9,000 square meters, the sixth edition of 'la Fiera Internazionale della Canapa', also known as Canapa Mundi, has become the main cannabis event in the whole of Italy, with more than 300 exhibitors from all over the world. After last year's 30,000 visitors, Canapa Mundi 2020 is increasing its exhibition space, and is also multiplying the number of activities related to sustainability, construction, agriculture, and welfare, which are the central concepts behind this fair.
HEMP & CBD EXPO (Birmingham, February 29 - March 1)
After the overwhelming success of its 2019 March and September editions, 2020 Hemp and CBD Expo organizers have ambitiously increased the size of their exhibition venue by 30%, thus welcoming 150 exhibitors eager to show their latest releases. More than 8,000 visitors are expected to attend this fair dedicated to hemp and CBD products, which will take place in Birmingham, the cannabis hub of the United Kingdom.
SPANNABIS (Barcelona, March 13-15)
Barcelona's Spannabis, the largest cannabis event in the whole of Europe, returns for another year to 'la Fira de Cornellà' to celebrate its 17th edition. As in past editions, the most prestigious firms in the sector and those trying to gain a foothold in the cannabis market will be attending this fair in the Catalonian capital to talk to users as well as to learn from each other. An unmissable legendary fair that you must definitely attend!
INDICA SATIVA TRADE (Bologna, April 17-19)
Indica Sativa Trade is a reference point in the Italian cannabis scene. This fair will return in 2020 for the eighth consecutive year to even greater acclaim. Indica Sativa Trade will take place at the Unipol Arena exhibition center in the heart of the beautiful city of Bologna. Its objective is to give meaning to the fight for cannabis freedom through education on the social and political aspects of cannabis culture. There we'll get to learn why this fair is so loved by the Italian people!
CANNATRADE (Berne, May 15-17)
After more than 12 years, CannaTrade returns to its roots. The last few editions of this fair took place in Zurich, where the lack of space made it clear that it would be logical to move back to Berne, where a much more extensive exhibition venue is available. In more than 12,000 m2, CannaTrade 2020 will present more than 300 cannabis exhibitors, with a prediction of 15,000 visitors per day. Besides the main event, there will also be an exclusive business lounge and a Hemp Food Festival. Excitement is guaranteed!
KANABA FEST (Krakow, May 30-31)
Poland also has a high potential for the development of its cannabis industry. The fourth edition of Kanaba Fest will take place in Krakow, in one of the most interesting exhibition centers in the city: Forum Wydarzeń, a unique Modernist hotel. The aim of this fair is to promote the growing Polish cannabis market and to unite people in order to create a society aware of the many benefits that cannabis can offer.
PRODUCT EARTH (Coventry, August 21-23)
Product Earth Expo Fest is the leading UK showcase for this rapidly evolving industry. Perfectly located to the south of Coventry, in the renowned National Agricultural & Exhibition Center in Stoneleigh Park, many exhibitors will be there to support the British cannabis movement with a wide range of products and an extensive list of live music events to add sound to the cannabis movement. You definitely cannot miss the European Functional Flame Off, the only annual live glassblowing competition in Europe!
4.20 HEMP FEST (Milan, October 2-4)
Originally a music festival, 4.20 Hemp Fest became the first international hemp fair in Milan and Lombardy in 2018. From 90 exhibitors in the first year, the 2020 edition will welcome 200 exhibitors from all around the world who will share their ethical and sustainable values in relation to cannabis. This edition will include the first 'light' cannabis competition, with its 2020 Cannabis Light Cup. There couldn't be a better time for this event given that the Italian government is pushing to prohibit this type of low-THC cannabis.
CULTIVA (Vienna, October 16-18)
Cultiva Hanfmesse is one of the most remarkable events of the European cannabis circuit, which this year has gone the extra mile with its extensive program. Once again it will be celebrated in the Eventhotel Pyramide & Congress Center in Vösendorf, a spectacular pyramid-shaped pavilion with a glass ceiling that brings a magical touch to the fair: an 8,000 m2 light-flooded area surrounded by palm trees and other exotic plants. What's more, thanks to Austria's special legislation, all imaginable varieties of cannabis seeds and plants in their veg phase can be exhibited and sold freely.
